Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Mini Mites House Hockey

Refund requests prior to the start of the season — full refund, less 5% fee on all refunded dollars. If a refund is requested after the start of the season no refund will be issued.

Mite House Hockey

Refund requests prior to the start of the season — full refund, less 5% fee on all refunded dollars. If a refund is requested after the start of the season no refund will be issued.

Mini Mite / Mite House Plus

Full refund prior to program start date. No refunds after program start date.

Mite Travel Hockey

Refund requests made prior to the start of Conditioning Skates will be entitled to a refund of the Preseason/Tryout Fee and the Season Deposit, less a $50 processing fee. *************** For refund requests made after the start of Conditionings Skates, but before the first day of Tryouts, the Preseason/Tryout Fee will NOT be refunded. However, the Season Deposit, less a $50 processing fee, will be refunded in this case. *************** For refund requests after the first day of Tryouts, the Preseason/Tryout Fee and Season Deposit will NOT be refunded. *************** If a player is not selected for a travel team, there will be a full refund of the Season Deposit, and the balance of the Season Fee will not be charged. However, the Preseason/Tryout Fee will NOT be refunded in this case. *************** For refund requests made within 24 hours after a player is rostered to a travel team, the balance of the Season Fee will be refunded. However, the Preseason/Tryout Fee and the Season Deposit will NOT be refunded in this case. *************** There will be NO refunds of ANY fees after 24 hours after a player is rostered to a travel team.

Youth Travel (Squirt/PeeWee)

Spring Minor Mite/Mite House

There are no refunds after the start of the program

Spring Mite Travel Hockey

There will be no refunds once tryouts begin.

Spring Youth Travel Hockey

There will be no refunds once tryouts begin.
